Adding your own event to the Poetry Library website | 31-Mar-14

We have made some updates to the "Add your own events form" on our website, which will now make it quicker and easier for us to list your events online! 

Simply go to our events listings online (www.poetrylibrary.org.uk/events) and click on the red "Add your own event" button to get started. You'll be able to add in all your info for each event, as well as add an image, and the listing will be added live to our website as soon as one of our Library Assistants is able to approve it. If approved, your event will be included in the newsletter preceding the event date.

From April 1st all of our events listings will be done this way - it means a more streamlined system which will get your information added to our website more quickly. 

Our website gets over 2½ million page views every year, plus we also include your event in our email newsletter which goes out at the start and middle of every month to over 9,000 people and poetry organisations 

Do please note this process is not instantaneous - for this reason we recommend that events be submitted at least three weeks in advance.

The Poetry Library's website service has grown and grown in popularity, and we hope it will continue to do so!
