New poetry issues are currently available to read at

This month's featured magazine is South. SOUTH first appeared in 1990, published by Word & Action (Dorset), a theatre and publications group with strong roots in the community arts movement. Its founding principles - still maintained - include having no editor and no competitions, and presenting in each issue a specially written profile of a southern poet, accompanied by a generous selection of poems.

Issues 28, 30 and 31 are now online, featuring work by Jeremy Hooker, Ken Champion, Elizabeth Bewick, Ian Caws, Paul Hyland, Pat Earnshaw and many others.

Look out for new and latest issues of poetry magazines such as Staple, Shearsman and Painted, spoken during the time that the Poetry Library is closed to the public.
