Tenement House | 31-Mar-05

A long poem,  written some time just after 1800, possibly set in London,  it tells of a young girl of about 11,  who is looking after her brother,  who is about 5,  as their mother is dying.  She is on the street begging for money for coal and bread,  as it is cold and there is nothing to eat.
