May be by W.H. Auden. The only known line is "Paint the sky crimson, and swallow the sun". Possibly about someone's death.

It's not from Auden's "Funeral Blues" (the one that was in "Four Weddings and a Funeral") though that does have a slightly similar line: "Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun"
