"He loved birds and green places and the wind on the heath and saw the brightness of the skirts of God." This poem is used as a memorial at Winspit, Dorset. Any ideas?

It is used as an epitaph on WH Hudson's grave in Worthing. As he died in 1922 and the Winspit drowning (from memory) was later. That's where it came from. Except where did the Hudson quote come from?
