Comments:

As a school child in Cornwall early1960s this poem was used as part of an poetry/elocution competition and I recited it. Previous poems in same competition had been Mick by James Reeves and Who can see the Wind by Christina Rosetti. I do not have text of poem myself but wonder whther the organisation who was responsble for schools elocution competitions may have a library of them?
