Bedroom Lights | 22-Jan-08

Beyond the shafts of yellow lights
From passing cars on winter nights
She sees the shadows turn, grow tall,
Slide across the ceiling, fall,
And disappear, as days grow small,
And creep
To nothingness, as small girls sleep.
