My fancy loves the Cuckmere | 15-Aug-15

Enquirer is looking for poet, poem title or any other information on this poem:

Winding past the grey old Downs
  flows a quiet river.
Cows are grazing on its banks,
  willows shake and quiver.

It flows through many a village,
  past cottage, barn and hall.
  Its wisdom is of ages,
though its voice is low and small.

  Let others sing the praises
  of rivers running wide.
My fancy loves the Cuckmere -
and is ever by its side.
